2. How We Handle Complaints

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA complaint, we reserve the right to:

• Contact the provider of the content to inform them of the removal.
• Terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright rules.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification. This must include your signature, identification of the material that has been removed, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the court in your local district.
